Match asset and network

Record the coin or token, blockchain network, destination address and any memo or tag shown by the cashier. Similar token names can exist on several networks that are not interchangeable.

Copy the address through the verified cashier and compare its beginning and ending characters after pasting. Do not use an address received in an unsolicited message.

Read the transaction on-chain

Save the TXID, amount, fee, sending address and timestamp. Use the explorer for the selected network to check whether the transaction is pending, failed or confirmed.

Confirmations are different from casino credit. The operator can require a particular count and then perform a separate account reconciliation.

Match the casino ledger

Compare the on-chain received amount with the cashier minimum and credited amount. Network fees can make the received amount lower than the wallet's original send request.

If the transaction is confirmed but absent, open one case with the TXID and cashier request reference. Never send a second transfer merely to activate the first.

Handle a network mismatch safely

Stop further transfers and ask whether recovery is technically supported. A recovery promise should identify the asset, address and process in writing.

Never reveal a private key or seed phrase. A legitimate recovery can use public transaction evidence without taking control of the player's wallet.
